*Note: for those of you who are new to this site, San Lovisa is a fictional city in Texas where the film EvenHand is set. We filmed in San Antonio in the spring of 2001 with the cooperation of the San Antonio Police Department. The SLPD shoulder patches were made for the film. Read about how they were designed here.
